The University of Oregon commissioned Satre Group to reimagine the north entrance to the Recreation and Fitness Center. With a floor elevation seven feet above the adjacent sidewalk, a multi-tiered solution was developed, featuring a recirculating water fall emulating the landscapes of the nearby Cascade range. The sloping sidewalk below allows an accessible route to the building entrance, with planters, site furnishings and colorful landscape providing year round interest.
