The Satre Group provided land use planning and landscape architecture services for this 2-phase, multi-lot townhome project. Spread over three tax lots totally approximately 4 acres and located in central north Springfield, the project included two dwelling unit types. The first is type included 80 two-story townhomes, arranged as rowhouses occurring in separate structures ranging from 5 to 10 attached units per building. The second type was comprised of 18 one-floor, one-bedroom flats in a two-story apartment style building. Services included a neighborhood plan amendment and zone change, increasing the zoning to increase the development potential of the property, the design, engineering, construction and dedication of a new local street through the site, on-site stormwater management, including vegetated swales and the use of pervious paving, a private patio for each townhome and a community paly area.
