The Satre Group provided land use approval and landscape architecture services for this Candlewood Suites franchise, part of a three-unit hospitality complex on Franklin Blvd in the Glenwood neighborhood of Springfield. Land Use included annexation, lot line adjustment, negotiation with ODOT regarding access to Franklin Blvd, which was/is a state highway, forensic investigation into ancient, unrecorded utility presence, and state/federal permits regarding impacts to an adjacent jurisdictional tributary to the Willamette River. Landscape architecture services included complete site design, including multi-lot shared drive aisles, on-site stormwater management and vegetated restoration of the adjacent drainage corridor.
