The Satre Group was part of a multi-disciplinary team in the redevelopment of Chintimini Community Center and Neighborhood Park. The city of Corvallis Parks & Recreation Department spearheaded the project in an effort to reimagine the community center and park to meet current community needs. Due to the proximity of the center and park to the Oregon State University campus, the necessity for an improved program to meet all age groups, along with neighborhood parking demands, resulted in a comprehensive program upgrade for this one block facility.

The park program includes expansion of the community center with dual main entrances, rooms for additional programs, fitness area, café area, outside dining and venue areas, community gardens, multi-use path system, on-site parking with integrated stormwater feature, new park restrooms, expanded playground, new outdoor fitness equipment zone, new pickleball courts, expanded sand volleyball zone, expanded spectator seating, with comprehensive planting and irrigation upgrades. The work was grant-funded through multiple sources.

The park phase was completed in October 2019 and the community center, associated parking, and program were completed in August 2020.
