Satre Group had the pleasure to contribute site design and landscape design services for this Cultural Center renovation/ expansion- providing a home base for the campus LGBTQ community. Working with DECA Architects, an existing cottage house is transformed and expanded into a more substantial structure, with the landscapes taking center stage. A series of use spaces surround the building, providing spaces for outdoor activities, tent structures, food production and quiet garden spaces.  Accessibility challenges are addressed through a series of sloping walks, providing everyone with the same pedestrian experience.
